Uvar Store Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Uvar Store, we take pride in delivering our products in the best condition, but please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • International shipping may take anywhere between 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Express shipping options are available for an additional fee, but not all regions may support this service.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method and delivery location.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country. Uvar Store is not responsible for these fees, and they are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Shipping Address

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

  • Uvar Store will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Uvar Store is not liable for any delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee the speed of delivery. Shipping companies may encounter delays, especially during holidays or high-demand seasons.

  • Lost shipments must be reported within 30 days from the order's estimated delivery date. We will help you investigate, but no refunds or replacements will be issued for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare event that a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • We will not accept any claims after this period, and the item must be returned to us for inspection if applicable.

  • Refunds or replacements for damaged items will only be processed after we receive proof of damage (photos or video) and a valid return request.

6. Addressing Delays or Errors

  • If a shipment is delayed or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover the reshipping cost.

  • If the issue arises due to a mistake on your part (incorrect address or order error), the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees or corrections.
