Uvar Store Returns & Refund Policy

At Uvar Store, we believe in offering products of the highest quality. However, please note that we have a strict returns and refund policy in place to ensure fairness and prevent misuse. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • UV mirror products are non-returnable if opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased over 7 days ago are no longer eligible for return.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are non-refundable.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@uvarstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • You must ship the product back to us at your own cost and provide proof of shipment. Returns without a tracking number will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to a restocking fee of £10 for handling, inspection, and processing of returned items.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected, and the item must be in resalable condition.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, once the returned product is received.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any customs fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    Example: If the product costs £57, the refund amount will be £47 after the restocking fee.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If the product is damaged during shipping, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • If the wrong product was delivered, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Refunds for damaged items will be issued after we receive proof of damage (photos or video) and the returned item.


Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns for used or opened items.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using trackable shipping methods, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

  • Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet the return conditions listed above.

  • All decisions made by Uvar Store regarding returns and refunds are final.
